The Delaware County Association
of Criminal Defense Lawyers is an organization of approximately 300 lawyers
dedicated to protecting the rights of the accused and to providing support and
encouragement to the defense bar. We provide continuing legal education,
networking and mentoring to our members. Under certain circumstances we also
provide legal representation to local criminal defense lawyers. We are an
affiliate of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
DUI & Chemical Testing
There is a new forum
topic, DUI & Chemical Testing, under the Delco Association of Criminal
Defense Lawyers forum heading. The forum topic contains a link to the June 28,
2006 opinion regarding the arrest of defendants who refused to submit to
chemical testing under the provisions of the new Pennsylvania Driving Under the
