He has practiced most recently as a Partner in the firm of Armstrong & Carosella, P.C. where he handles all of the firm's criminal and traffic matters in all Pa. and Federal jurisdictions. He was president of the Delaware County Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers in 1999 and again in 2007. Mr. Armstrong also engages in CYS, custody, adoption, and Estate matters.
